a quick trip...

visiting portland last weekend was fabulous. i did a ton in 4 short days. drank a ton of coffee, met up with a bunch of amazing friends, saw the pacific ocean, went to my favorite places in the city, and even got to have lunch with my parents. overall, a wonderful little reunion.

i got home lat monday night and woke up early tuesday morning (mardi gras!) and of course, went to a couple more parades. good times...

vacation...

so, i leave in just a few hours for a quick vacation in the northwest. what am i looking forward to? old friends, stumptown, the most wonderful iced mocha ever (thank you coffee cottage!), the ocean, girl talk, quizzes, and some wonderful new memories. :)

busy busy busy...

life has been busy the last few weeks. lots of visitors, work, school, mardi gras parades...so blogging hasn't exactly been a priority. pictures of parades and throws to come soon...but until then, here's a shot of the singles celebrating a trip to sam's with some ice cream. yum!
